The Foundation makes its facilities available to community groups or professional organizations who wish to convene a meeting in the Capital District. Preference is given to professional nursing organizations, educational institutions, and community not-for-profit organizations. A kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher is also available.

Mabel R. Carbury Board Room

The Mabel R. Carbury Board Room holds up to 14 people around the table, and up to 20 people total. The hand-made quilt pictured below hangs on one wall and was made by Laura Simms, EdD, RN.   Dr. Simms was a Foundation Incorporator and its first President of the Board of Trustees.  Daily fee $75.

Mabel K. Staupers Conference Room

The Mabel K. Staupers Conference Room holds up to 80 people and can be set up with tables or chairs. Many chairs have an attached writing surface. Daily fee $150.
