Known and respected for a long tradition of professional leadership and contribution, Central New York Nurses will endow the Foundation of New Your State Nurses Center for Nursing Research with a gift of one million dollars!

The Center for Nursing Research:

  • Improves nursing practice through nursing research and evidence-based practice;
  • Promotes the public’s health and quality of life through rapid dissemination of research and evidence-based findings;
  • Promotes careers in nursing research;
  • Builds local, state, national and international nursing research networks;
  • Promotes public and professional understanding of nursing research and evidence-based practice; and
  • Provides data for health policy.
